- Clients need to pay 40% in advance to book the events. The rest of the payment should be made right after 3/4 days of the event, and then only the further process for the photos and videos will begin. The price package will vary for the events at night and outside the valley.
- It takes 20-30 days to complete all the photos and videos.
- We will forward a selected few photos within 2-4 days.
- Changes in the video will be made only once. Any changes in the video should be asked for or informed within 10 days of delivery. No changes after 10 days. However, if changes are to be made after 10 days, a charge of 5 thousand will be added.
- Each package consists of two teams, which are enough to cover events of 300-400 guests. For an event with more guests, we would recommend you book an extra team at an extra cost.
- 70% to 80% of the photos will focus on couples and families.
- Clients need to provide a coordinator who will point out the family members and organise the family groups to be photographed.
- The booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the company.
- We will contact you by phone a few days before the wedding to ensure the details and if there are any last-minute changes to be made.
- Both the clients and the photographers should be punctual and cheerfully cooperative to produce outstanding photographic results.
- Raw photos will not be provided to the clients.
- All images will be shot by the photographers on behalf of WEDMOMENT FILM NEPAL. The company will have full rights regarding the retouching of the images for exposures, brightness, contrast, etc. Every image will be adjusted accordingly.
- During the reception event, our team will only leave after 10 pm. Extra charges will be applied for any events that continue after the allocated time.
- The clients are liable to allow the event company to use their photographs to promote the business, magazine, articles, website, social media, advertising, and any other purpose without any restriction; and to copyright the images.
- The laws of Nepal shall govern this agreement.
